To view and send messages, log in to your account and visit the “messages” page.
To use the messaging feature you must first sign up separately to the app using your email address (the same one you use on xconnectcare). For users who have created a username on xconnectcare, please use this same username to sign up to ensure you can be easily found.
All messages sent in the live chat option are visible to all other users online. Please ensure you do not share any private information you do not want to be seen.
The direct messaging field allows you to private message other users, entertainers, and care providers. Please use this feature to send confidential messages.
